Sleeping
Moderate sleep is essential for good health. It is not right to sleep too little or too much. People of all ages do not need equal sleep. There is much more to human sleep. But how much sleep do people of any age need? Let's find out- 1. Newborn babies need about 16 hours of sleep a day. 2. Teenagers need about 9 hours of sleep a day. 3. Most adults need 8 to 8 hours of sleep a night. Some people think that 5 hours of deep sleep is enough.

Scientists say that if you feel drowsy during the day, then you should understand that you did not get enough sleep at night. This means that as much sleep as you need at night, you will feel refreshed during the day. This, however, does not mean that you will sleep for hours on end. Try to go to bed at 11 o'clock at night. Get up at seven in the morning. That means seven hours of sleep a day is enough for an adult.
