 What is balanced diet?

Balanced diet refers to the diet or items having all types of nutritions in certain quantities with best proportion for maintain sound health.

We, the people, have need calories and nutrients in certain proportion to stay healthy daily.A balanced diet should be maintained daily basis for keeping health perfect.

There have Six components of balanced diet which are discussed as follows:

Fruits

Beans

Whole grains

Corns

Dairy products 

Nuts

Seeds



2. Protein :

Egg

Lean meat

Poultry 

Fishes

Dairy products 

Soybean 

Cheese 


3. vitamins :

Vitamin A

Vitamin D 

Vitamin E 

Vitamin K

A variety of fruits, fresh vegetables, dairy products,seeds etc. Are the main sources of all types of vitamins.

4. Fat:

Confectionery products 

Dairy chocolates

Fatty meats

Products having meat

Ghee

Cheese

Butter


5. Minerals:

Iron

Calcium 

Zinc

Iodine 

Oil


6. Water:

Water is the main substance which can mix all ingredients into body for digestion.Without digestion no diet is effective for health.So we can called water a life.Water can solve all types of problems occured into intestine.So we should drink water at minimum level based on weight.
